  24. thought was clear, was that email addresses, including
  25. Sprintmail/X.400 addresses, should be left alone and not arbitrarily
  26. rearranged as part of a 'mailto' or 'smtp' URL.  That is,
  27. marca@ncsa.uiuc.edu should be:

  29.         mailto:marca@ncsa.uiuc.edu

  31. and not:
  32.         
  33.         mailto://ncsa.uiuc.edu/marca

  35. and a Sprintmail address like (just to make one up)
